Good Samaritan Health Center, a leader in providing exceptional health services to underserved communities, is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our vibrant team. This role involves direct patient care, clinical services, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient health and community well-being. Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health team to support patient treatment plans. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients' status. Administer medication and document therapeutic effects. Educate patients and their families on illness, wellness, and preventive health care. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently Comprehensive knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care Empathy and a dedicated patient-oriented approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN or LPN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
