Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Nursing Assistant, Certified, specializing in Long Term Care to join our team. In this role, you will provide support in our long-term care facilities, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient health, and ensuring a comforting environment for our patients and their families. This position requires a proactive and empathetic individual who is deeply committed to the principles of holistic health. Assist patients with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the nursing staff Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families Maintain patient records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality Adhere to infection control protocols and other safety guidelines Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to perform all physical requirements of the position Understanding of patient care and safety protocols Proficiency in using healthcare software systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license CPR/BLS certification
