Provide basic care to patients and assist in daily activities such as eating, bathing, and moving Monitor and report changes in patient health status Maintain patient hygiene and ensure their environments are clean and sanitary Assist healthcare staff with medical procedures as needed Document and communicate routine patient observations to nursing staff Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Proficiency in basic medical care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment Physically able to lift and support patients' weight Good observation skills for monitoring health changes Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license CPR certified preferred
