We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe administration of medications to patients, according to the prescribed healthcare plan. You will work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that all patients receive their medications timely and safely, contributing to their overall treatment and wellness. Administer medication to patients and maintain medication administration records Observe and document patient responses to medication Assist in the storage and security of medications Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals about patient conditions Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards Educate patients about medication and its management under the supervision of healthcare professionals Knowledge of medication and proper dosages Ability to follow strict protocols and schedules Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and meticulous with paperwork Basic understanding of patient care and privacy laws Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certified by a recognized body CPR Certification recommended
