Senior Nursing Assistant in Long Term Care. In this role, you will
be instrumental in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to
our elderly patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while
promoting holistic health outcomes. Our ideal candidate is a
dedicated healthcare professional who thrives in a supportive and
collaborative environment, dedicated to enhancing patient quality
of life. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of
nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing,
dressing, and eating. Monitor and report changes in patient health
status. Ensure the comfort and safety of patients at all times.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Assist in the
implementation of patient care plans. Communicate effectively with
patients, families, and healthcare team. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to physically assist patients.
Skilled in patient care and safety procedures. Proficient in using
healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant
(CNA) certification. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
