Pay Range: The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual
pay rate dependent upon experience. $24.50 - $33.75 Position

Nurse that: - Enjoys working with children ages 5 to 12 years old
and adolescent ages 13 to 17 years old as well as their families. -
Has a passion helping patients with conditions such as Addiction,
Anxiety Disorders, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and
Depression or Suicidal behavior. - Appreciates an active,
challenging care environment that requires critical thinking. -
Values autonomous professional nursing practice. - Possesses
motivation to help create and deliver high-quality patient care in
an energizing team environment. Position Highlights: - Adolescent
program is expanding to 40 unit - Child unit is a 14 bed unit -
Adolescent Residential is a 8 bed unit - Opportunity to meet 70
coworkers - Opportunity to change lives of both Adolescent and
Children - 1 LPN for 7-8 patient ratio - Self-scheduling program
Day/Evening/Night Shift, e/o wknd/hol; 72hrs/2wks You Belong at

where you matter. A Brief Overview The LPN practices under the
supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered
nurse, licensed physician, or other health care provider. The LPN
organizes and directs those aspects of care for which he/she is
accountable; communicating and coordinating care with well-defined
nursing diagnoses, including all health team members./n What you
will do - Collects data and conducts a focused nursing assessment
of the health status of a patient. /n - Participates with other
health care providers in the development and modification of the
patient-centered health care plan. /n - Implements nursing
interventions within a patient-centered health care plan. /n -
Assists in the evaluation of responses to interventions. /n -
Provides for the maintenance of safe and effective nursing care
rendered directly or indirectly. /n - Advocates for the best
interest of the patient. /n - Communicates and collaborates with
patients and members of the health care team. /n - Assists with
health counseling and teaching. /n - Delegates and assigns nursing
interventions to implement the plan of care. Essential
