Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate and
dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. We
serve underserved communities, ensuring holistic health and
wellness outcomes. In this role, you will support our nursing staff
by providing direct patient care, ensuring patient comfort and
promoting optimal health. This position requires strong
interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to
providing high-quality healthcare services in a fast-paced
environment. Assist nurses in the delivery of patient care
services. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to
the nursing or medical staff. Help patients with daily activities
such as dining, toileting, and mobility. Maintain clean and
organized patient areas and ensure compliance with all health and
safety protocols. Participate in patient assessments and contribute
to care plans. Provide emotional support to patients and their
families. Proficiency in basic patient care activities Strong
communication and organizational skills Ability to work
cooperatively in a team environment Physical ability to lift heavy
weights and assist patients Knowledge of hygiene and infection
control procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
certification required. Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR
certification preferred.
