ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Sioux City, Iowa. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team contributing professional and clinical knowledge • May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses • 16 hours NBO (Need By Orientation) required • EPIC EMR system experience required • On-call requirements: 1 evening per week, holidays, and 1 weekend per month from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM • Weekend schedule: every third weekend • Patient ratio: 3:1 • Handle outpatient surgeries and infusion patients • Administer infusion medications including blood products, platelets, IVIG, IV fluids, and antibiotics (no chemotherapy) • Some medication titrations required • 2 years of experience required • First-time travelers accepted • EPIC experience required • CVOR experience preferred • Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) • Iowa nursing license required • Must complete skills checklist within 1 year of submission • Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility • Driver's license, work history/resume, and supervisory reference required at submission Facility: This regional medical center serves as a comprehensive healthcare facility providing advanced surgical and trauma services to the surrounding communities.
