Job Description:

healthcare to underserved communities. As a Local Traveler
Registered Nurse in Long-Term Care (LTC), you will embrace the
challenge of adapting to diverse settings while ensuring
continuous, top-notch care to our patients. This role not only
emphasizes skill and quality in clinical practices but also a
passion for nurturing long-term relationships with patients facing
chronic conditions or long-term recovery processes. Provide direct
patient care in various long-term care settings. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate individual patient care according to
standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
create comprehensive care plans. Administer medications and
maintain accurate health care records and reports. Educate patients
and their families on illness and preventative care. Ensure the
ethical and professional standards of nursing are maintained.
Proficiency in clinical skills with an ability to handle medical
emergencies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to adapt to new environments and integrate with existing teams.
Capable of critical thinking and decision-making under pressure.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. CPR certified. Additional certification in Gerontological
Nursing is a plus.
