Job Description:
Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated Cardiac Technician to join
our advanced healthcare team. This role involves assisting with the
diagnosis and monitoring of heart conditions by using various
technical equipment and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a
crucial part of our cardiology department, ensuring accurate data
collection and patient care. Operating and maintaining cardiology
equipment such as EKG machines and blood pressure devices.
Preparing patients and explaining procedures to ensure comfort and
clarity on instructions. Recording patients' medical history and
relevant details accurately in the medical system. Assisting
cardiologists during procedures and helping with the analysis of
diagnostic data. Maintaining a clean and safe environment in
compliance with healthcare regulations. Proficient in using various
types of cardiac diagnostic equipment. Strong analytical skills to
interpret cardiac data effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills
for patient interaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a
fast-paced medical environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification as a
Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or equivalent. BLS certification
required, ACLS preferred.
