Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a Hospice Medicine physician to
develop and lead as Hospice Medical Director. This role includes
the clinical program development of a shared home hospice and
inpatient program. The program features Home Hospice, Residential
Hospice Cottages, and a 20-Bed Adult/Ped Inpatient Hospice House.
Experience in care of terminally ill patients and program
development is desired. Flexible work schedule, plus call coverage.

us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money
available. Interdisciplinary Team includes: APPs, RN, Pastoral
Care, Social Worker, Case Management and Medical Ethicists.
Compensation of $250,000 for the first four years of the
employment. $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a
1.0 FTE for 3 years. Benefits package that includes health, dental,
vision and life insurance, 401K plan, short and longterm
disability, CME, ATA.
