Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate and
dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Prairie Creek Assisted
Living Facility. In this role, you will be pivotal in administering
top-quality care to our residents, focusing on enhancing their
day-to-day health and overall wellness. This position requires
someone who can balance clinical responsibilities with empathy and
a person-centered approach, reflecting our commitment to serving
underserved communities. Administer daily nursing care to residents
according to individualized care plans. Coordinate with a
multidisciplinary team to assess resident health status and
implement care strategies. Monitor and record patients' condition
and document care provided effectively. Educate residents and their
families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Facilitate a
safe and supportive environment, adhering to all safety and
sanitation regulations. Proficiency in managing general nursing
care tasks including assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Capability to operate medical equipment pertinent to daily duties.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Medical Insurance

license in the state of employment. CPR certification required.
