We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assisted Living team at Prairie Creek, working full-time day shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and care of our residents by administering nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisor, providing a stable and supportive environment for our elderly patients. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and monitor responses. Assist residents with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, and moving. Evaluate patient care needs, prioritize treatment, and maintain patient flow. Communicate with residents and their families regarding treatment plans and health interventions. Document resident care services by charting in patient and department records. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as facility policies. Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to handle medical emergencies. Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and to adapt to diverse cultural contexts. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. CPR certified.
