Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated RN or LPN to join
our Long Term Care team, serving underserved communities with a
focus on holistic health outcomes. This role requires a passion for
community healthcare, a commitment to patient wellness, and the
ability to work effectively in a dynamic, supportive environment.
The right candidate will administer nursing care in accordance with
our established policies and the specific needs of each patient,
ensuring a comprehensive approach to long-term patient care.
Provide direct nursing care and assistance to patients in a
long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed and monitor for side effects. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Educate
patients and their families on health maintenance and disease
prevention. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate
integrated and comprehensive care. Strong clinical skills in a
healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic health record systems Ability to perform
tasks with attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN or LPN license in the
state of practice. CPR certification.
