This role is pivotal in continually evaluating and improving patient outcomes across our extensive network of clinics and hospitals. The Clinical Care Leader will mentor staff, manage resources, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance care delivery. Supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care operations. Develop and implement policies for improving patient outcomes. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to maintain standards of care. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training. Manage patient care logistics and resource allocation. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical operations and patient care management Ability to mentor and motivate staff Expertise in implementing healthcare policies and procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state CPR/BLS certification Preferably certified in a clinical specialty
