Job Description:
Bethesda in Beresford Job description: Final Wage, depending on
experience. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to geriatric
patients in a long-term care setting. Perform nursing assessments,
develop and implement patient care plans, and evaluate patient
progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
the physician. Provide education to patients and their families
about health promotion and disease prevention. Monitor vital signs,
assess for changes in condition, and document findings in the
patient's medical record. Provide emotional support to patients and
their families. Maintain a safe environment for patients. Job
