Job Description Job Description Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1 year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Join a highly skilled imaging team specializing in Cath Lab procedures within a reputable medical center located in Harrisburg, SD. This contract role offers a dynamic work environment focusing on cardiac and vascular imaging, where your expertise will directly contribute to quality patient care and advanced procedural support. Key Responsibilities: - Scrub, circulate, and monitor peripheral and vascular cases, along with right and left heart catheterizations. - Assist with device implantation and electrophysiology (EP) cases as needed. - Utilize advanced equipment and electronic systems including XIM (Witt division), EPIC, Pyxis, Xcelera, Siemens, and Philips fluoroscopy technology. - Adhere to strict badge-in/out policies and uniform guidelines featuring provided ceil blue scrubs. - Participate in on-call rotations with a 30-minute response time (one call per week and one weekend call every 3-4 weeks). Qualifications & Desired Experience: - Active BLS certification (AHA). - ACLS certification (AHA) required. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Cath Lab imaging. - RCIS or RCES preferred. - Prior experience with the medical center must include an end date at least six months before the application. - Ability to work varied shifts (4 x 10-hour shifts per week), including early mornings (shifts between 5:30 am and 6:30 pm). Work Environment & Orientation: - The unit consists of 8 fluoroscopy rooms and 1 minimally invasive room without fluoroscopy. - Comprehensive orientation tailored to XIM monitoring and efficient scrub and circulate techniques.
