Note to applicants: This is a full-time remote sales position. You must be located in the greater Toronto area with the ability to travel once safe to do so. Who You Are: As Nutrabolt's Regional Director, Beverage for Canada, you will oversee and manage relations between Nutrabolt and both the National and Regional Account partners & DSD Distributor Partners throughout Canada. You will report to the VP of International Sales - Beverage and will be responsible for carrying out the tactical strategies laid out by the executive team. This position requires 60% travel (once safe to do so) as you will be responsible for assessing each market and outlining our areas of opportunity from a tactical perspective. What You're Good At:

  • Educating retail partners by facilitating product training and support, along with the building and maintaining of personal relations that we attempt to leverage to influence sales, on hands, etc.
  • Managing and leading sales to achieve sales and profit goals within a region
  • Designing and recommending sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies
  • Making Regional Account Sales Calls during key seasonal selling windows and following up to complete all set-up documentation
  • Managing promotional schedules and spend associated with each to the budgetary guidelines
  • Managing accounts by creating successful relationships
  • Building effective partnerships with other departments (finance, supply / demand planning, etc.)
  • Launching and supporting field marketing efforts within territory What You Contribute:--
    • 5-7 years of related experience in the beverage industry
    • Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
    • Chain management experience is preferred
    • Effective presentation building and delivery skills
    • Creativity and problem-solving abilities
    • Self-motivated and go-getter attitude
    • Experience managing a team
    • Data driven mindset and ability to track KPI's
    • Pre-existing good working relationship with DPs of choice a strong plus
    • Fluency in French preferred
