Job Description Job Description NOW HIRING: Front of House Manager Sioux Falls, SD Full-Time | Nights/Weekends Required We’re opening the doors to a new concept and looking for a Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. This role is perfect for a leader who can run a polished floor, build a strong team culture, and deliver consistent hospitality every single shift. What You’ll Do Lead daily FOH operations including service flow, reservations, and guest experience Train, coach, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff Maintain high standards for hospitality, professionalism, and cleanliness Ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH to keep service tight Handle guest recovery with confidence and care Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift execution Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training systems Monitor sidework, opening/closing procedures, and service readiness Help drive sales through upselling, feature knowledge, and team motivation What We’re Looking For 2 years of FOH management experience (high-volume preferred) Strong leadership skills with a calm, solution-focused mindset Ability to hold standards while building a positive team culture Great communication and conflict-resolution skills Strong understanding of service steps, cocktails/beer/wine knowledge a plus Organized, reliable, and comfortable leading from the floor Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak business periods What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunity with a new concept from day one A leadership team that values standards, teamwork, and hospitality Staff meals/discounts (if applicable) Performance-based growth opportunities hc219874
