As a Lead Food Service Assistant, you'll ensure our nutritional programs align with our health standards, providing leadership in our food service operations during weekends. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all patients and staff receive high-quality, nutritious meals in a clean and safe environment, directly contributing to our center's overall mission. Lead the food service team during weekend shifts, ensuring staffing is optimal and all tasks are completed to high standards. Oversee the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring dietary needs of patients are met in accordance with health regulations. Maintain kitchen and food service areas to meet health and safety standards. Conduct inventory checks and manage resources effectively to minimize waste. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure meal plans meet the nutritional needs of patients. Train and mentor new staff in food service protocols and patient interaction.
