Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated Lead Food
Service Assistant to join our team on weekends. This role is
critical in our mission to deliver exceptional dining experiences
to our patients while honoring our commitment to holistic health
and wellness. The Lead Assistant will manage kitchen operations,
ensure compliance with health standards, and support dietary needs
tailored to patient care. If you possess a passion for service and

position offers a rewarding opportunity. Oversee the preparation
and delivery of meals during weekends Ensure all food services
comply with health and safety regulations Manage inventory and
order supplies Supervise and train weekend food service staff
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet dietary
requirements Handle patient feedback regarding meals and adapt
services accordingly Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in
inventory management software Capability to work efficiently under
pressure Knowledge of dietary needs and health regulations in a
medical context Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Handler certification required.
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred.
