As part of the local leadership team, you will be responsible for all Human Resources activities for the Str--msholmen facility. The right candidate should have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, effective coaching and facilitation skills, solid HR data analytics skills, and strong employee relation skills. You will manage and develop two HR professionals, and you will play an integral role in supporting our business goals and objectives for increased profitable growth. Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management for the Str--msholmen operations: talent acquisition, training and development programs, performance management, succession planning, DE&I, rewards and recognition and workforce planning.
  • Coach manager/supervisors on maintaining positive working relationships with all employees and a team oriented work environment.
  • Assess and drive employee engagement, acting as employee advocate on issues/concerns to management and leadership team.
  • Counsel management and employees on employee relations.
  • Partner with global HR team to support business unit and enterprise wide initiatives.
  • Own accuracy and completeness of HR data in global HR platform.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, legal procedures, etc. --
  • Assist in the development of new policies and revise existing policies as required.
  • Manage relationship with local Union. Qualifications: ------------------
    • Minimum of eight to ten years of human resources experience. Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment.--
    • Impeccable integrity; Superior interpersonal skills; able to communicate and engage employees across all levels.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in training and development, recruitment, organization analysis, and change management.
    • A team player who works well with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with management, supervision and employees.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, data analytics, excellent written and verbal communication skills, insight into group dynamics, high tolerance for ambiguity and change, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
    • Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written) is required and demonstrated ability to work in an international and multicultural environment. Education Requirements:
