Job Description: The Human Resources Recruiter role supports the Human Resources Department by completing various duties. The role focuses on recruitment, maintaining employee records, and providing HR administrative support where necessary. Duties include, but are not limited to, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, interviewing, and conducting onboarding activities. This role is also responsible for personnel file maintenance and other administrative duties and projects as needed. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent field preferred. Proven experience in HR or Administrative role required. Effective HR administration and people management skills. Understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works well under pressure and with proven track record of meeting deadlines. Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Fantastic organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all positions are opened, posted, and tracked through the applicant tracking system. Review resumes and applications to identify the best candidates for open positions. Move candidates through the recruitment process ensuring records are kept up to date. Drive and participate in the interview process by coordinating with candidates and leadership. Provide candidate recruitment feedback and participate in hiring decisions. Conduct employee reference checks, as necessary. Create, administer, and collect offer letters and other onboarding paperwork prior to hire. Coordinate and monitor candidate's journey through the pre-employment process. Support orientation sessions by ensuring new hires have the appropriate onboarding paperwork. Ensure new hires complete the Form I-9 with appropriate documentation. Make photocopies, process mailings, complete scans, emails documents, and perform other clerical functions as needed. Prepare new employee personnel, medical, and training files while simultaneously keeping current workforce employee files up to date and organized. Assist or prepare correspondence as requested. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
