Job Description Human Resources, HRBP, Manufacturing Brandon, SD Relocation Offered: YES Competitive Salary [about $102K] --- Full Benefits --- World Class Corporation SUMMARY: Supports internal clients and helps developing/implementing HR practices , HR solutions and strategies Leads change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees Steers salary review process for relevant employees at the manufacturing plant. Works directly with department managers to fulfill hiring requests . Supports recruitment activities for talents regionally and reviews talent pipeline within the country / sub-region Manages promotion process for the manufacturing plant. Delivers and executes HR processes , advice and supports on policies accurately and with a service orientation Ensures process coordination while networking and collaborating Required: BA/BS required with 3-5 years of progressive HR experience . Ability to engage in systematic problem solving. Prior experience in human resources manufacturing environment strongly desired. Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize business objectives. Experience with Microsoft Excel and other MS programs. Project Management skills strongly preferred.
