Our law firm client is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to
join its Medical Malpractice Litigation practice in Iowa. The firm

Responsibilities Associates in this role will gain meaningful
courtroom and client exposure, including: Legal research and
drafting of motions, briefs, and pleadings Discovery management and
deposition preparation Direct client interaction Court appearances
and hearing participation Medical record review and case analysis
Collaboration with expert witnesses in complex medical malpractice
matters Associates are given substantive responsibility while
maintaining flexibility and autonomy in managing their workload and
professional development. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited
law school Licensed in Iowa (or eligible for admission) Strong
research, writing, and analytical skills Interest in medical
malpractice and civil litigation Commitment to long-term
