Job Description Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? Well, we pump peanut butter into your jar, and the oil in your car. We glue the soles of your shoes, the glass in your windows and the screen on your phone. We spray the finish on your vehicle, coatings on your pills, the paint on your house and texture on your walls. Graco is part of your daily life. Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday Job Purpose Perform manufacturing processes to produce Graco spray guns and fluid handling equipment. Essential Duties /n - Set up, assemble, repair, test and package sub-assemblies and finished products. /n - Maintain required work quality and output. /n - Perform work in accordance with established QMS/ISO requirements. /n - Operate test equipment to ensure product meets all required test specifications. /n - Maintain and report inventory accuracy. /n - Understand and follow established Graco safety requirements. /n - May be required to train or direct work of co-workers. /n - Maintain housekeeping and organization of the department and work area. /n - May be required to perform minor maintenance of equipment. /n - Perform other duties as assigned, including shipping/receiving functions, material handler etc. /n /n Position Requirements /n - High school degree or equivalent. /n - Previous manufacturing and/or assembly experience. /n - Computer operation skills at an intermediate level. /n - Must have a good understanding of blue prints, and ability to read and follow operation layout instructions. /n - Ability to set up and perform operations where quality, tolerances, and operation sequence are of critical importance. /n - Successful completion of established applicant tests. /n - Ability to stand/walk/sit, for up to eight hours. Reasonable accommodations considered for physical requirements of position. /n - Required to occasionally stoop, bend, lift and load up to 40 pounds. /n - Frequent, repetitive elbow movements. /n - Reaching, grasping, gripping and fine manipulation with hands is required. /n /n Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. $20.40 - $25.60
