Job Description:
Location: De Smet, SD Production Assembler – $21–$23/hr Join a
crew that builds custom aluminum windows from the ground up. If you
like hands-on work, take pride in precision, and don’t mind rolling
up your sleeves, you’ll fit right in. What You'll Do: Cut, drill,
mill, and route aluminum parts to spec Assemble components using
various fastening methods Operate machinery, including CNC routers
Rotate between workstations as needed Apply sealants and prep
windows for shipment Load/unload trucks and help keep production
flowing Inspect, clean, and package finished products What You
Bring: Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Strong
work ethic and reliability Ability to read basic instructions and
measurements Solid teamwork, communication, and problem-solving
skills Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet
Willingness to learn, adapt, and pitch in wherever needed Work
Environment: Fast-paced production floor with moving equipment,
moderate noise, and required PPE (eye and hearing protection). If
