Description:PART TIME until October 2021Thursday-Monday, Sat and Sun only 8-12pm Duties include but not limited to:Will have a set number of customers that they will build relationships with and continuously work withNeed to ensure the correct product is going to the correct customer. They will track inventory and when to release products to customers.Very large amount of data entry involved with spreadsheets in tracking the productProviding customer service to warehouses and trucking brokersWill answer phone calls from customers and will always put the customers firstWill be working with a lot of numbers to keep products and customers in order which means they must be detail orientedMust be able to communicate well with internal employeesSkills:administrative support, computer skills, scheduling coordinating, customer service, data entry, Document controlAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Needs to score 35 wpm on a typing test-1 year of office experience Experience Level:Expert Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
