Job SummaryPerform a variety of support duties such as conference or meeting planning, preparing complex documents, and coordinating activities. Collects, compiles, records, or otherwise gathers data and prepares standard and custom reports with the information necessary for decision making. Knowledgeable in computer applications. Knowledge of banking laws and regulations related to Bank operations and perform duties in accordance with these regulations. Exercise independent judgment and discretion. Make non-routine choices within established guidelines, with minimal supervision. Thorough knowledge of Bank products and procedures and communicate and provide direct service to customers on a regular basis.Essential FunctionsCompliance/loan documentation procedures and follow-up.Line sheet and loan worksheet completion.Tickler input, documentation exceptions, tracking, and follow-up.Scan and maintain credit file documents in electronic document management system (AccuAccount).Process paid loans.Order consumer Credit reports.Order real estate appraisals, title insurance policies, flood zone determinations.Coordinate and assist with loan closings.Process / enter basic loan transactions into system.
