The Unit Administrator will supervise and coordinate activities of staff within the department.We support a promotion-from-within philosophy for strong performers!Compensation and ScheduleCompetitive salary pay with additional pay for working premium hours. Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.Full-time Hours:Monday - Friday 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.with a rotating Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview and recommend new methods and procedures for improving efficiency.Monitor and evaluate Individual employee performance, deliver performance reviews, administer salary adjustments, and address employee Issues, concerns, and future development.Monitor call distribution, employee productivity, customer satisfaction, employee retention, quality, customer satisfaction rating performance, regulatory guidelines, and effectiveness of customer service strategies and techniques.Handle unusual or difficult customer problems either through direct personal action or referral to the proper department.Train, mentor, and coach associates to meet department expectations and goals.Assist associates by answering questions and recommend actions based on current policies and procedures through Question/Process Gate.Ensures adherence to department and company policies and procedures.Manage employee time keeping through UltiPro.Conduct Interviews for new/replacement hires.Review various audits to ensure actions by associates are within acceptable guidelines.Meet all deadlines as Indicated by Department Manager.Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and does no harm to consumers.Skills and QualificationsCredit card experience preferred, including prior supervisory experience.Possess basic understanding of credit card systemPossess intermediate PC skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft applications Including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to be patient and attentive to detailExceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills and ability to use positive languageAbility to concentrate, multi-task, and work IndependentlyMust demonstrate leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to make solid decisions and provide associates with directionMust be highly motivated and organizedAbility to handle stress, exercise self-control, adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold The PREMIER Way.Promote the company's Image of a supportive corporate citizen.Must be able to conduct oneself in a manner that promotes trust In the Individual and the organizationMust be able to facilitate the flow of work within the work unit and look for way s to Improve the work flow process.Promotes teamwork from one department to another, recognizing the necessity of Interdepartmental cooperation to successfully achieve organization goals and objectivesMust be able to fulfill the responsibilities of the position with little or no supervision; assesses priorities and changing needs and directs other accordingly.Must be able to provide courteous, personal attention to promote Individual customer satisfaction, public perception, and reputation of the organizationMust be able to effectively lead and support direct reports and othersMust resolve personal personnel Issues and conflicts that arise where there Is little or no precedent, in such a way that maintains a positive work environment and prevents legal liabilityMust be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results allowing for flexibility to react to changing priorities.Culture and BenefitsAt First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard, we've created a culture that emphasizes personal success, respect, health and wellness, fun and giving back.
