**Consumer and Small Business Banking** (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 5,000 retail branches, 17 contact centers, and 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. **CSBB Operations** delivers a diverse set of foundational operational and contact center services for the enterprise and to consumer, small business, and wholesale customers, providing stability, scalability, and security for Wells Fargo. Services include deposits, payments and ATM operations, global fraud and claims, account reconciliation, wire transfers, cash vault and lockbox services, print and image services, unclaimed property processing, legal order processing, estate care, and voice, email, chat, and social media services for consumer and small business customers. Divisions include **ATM Strategy and Vendor Solutions; Business Planning and Transformation; Customer Excellence, Controls and Enablement; Customer Service; Fraud and Claims Management; Retail Core Operations;** and **Workforce Management, Capacity Planning and Productivity Analytics** .

Within the Operations team our Enterprise Utility Services team provides a combination of commodity-like customized products and services including design, print, direct mail and transportation that benefit all lines of business in both cost and quality. We leverage our team members, nationwide facilities and technology to deliver innovative, quality products and solutions.

Sioux Falls Mail Services is looking for a dynamic team player with the ability to work in a fast paced production oriented environment to fill an Operations Clerk 2 position. Mail Services provides various internal and external mailing services to Wells Fargo internal business lines and branches throughout the enterprise.

The Operations Clerk 2 plays a key role in both the receipt and distribution of Interoffice mail, U.S. mail and Express mail within Operations Building 3 in Sioux Falls. Responsibilities include processing, delivering and picking up Interoffice and Express mail within the building, logging, weighing, sorting and opening, scanning, and metering large volumes of mail. The candidate will perform fairly routine general clerical tasks that require basic research or problem solving skills.

Duties may include: researching straightforward customer issues; collecting data on logs and reports; sorting, matching, ordering and/or reconciling items; performing various data entry tasks. Works under direct supervision following established procedures

***Schedule: The schedule is currently 7:00AM to 3:30PM but could vary within the department hours of 7:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays from 7:00AM to Noon. Based on business needs the schedule can change and overtime may be required.

**Required Qualifications**

+ 6+ months of experience in a production or general office environment demonstrated through work or military

**Desired Qualifications**

+ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

+ Good communication skills

+ Attention to detail and accuracy skills

+ Solid problem solving skills

**Other Desired Qualifications**

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Ability to effectively work under minimum supervision and follow specific guidelines and procedures while achieving high production and quality standards

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

PC experience with keyboarding and 10 key skills and basic Microsoft Office Skills.

Experience with mailroom duties or processing undeliverable mail

Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner

Physical requirements include ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds from the floor to the waist, and be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.

Must have the flexibility to work extended hours, including overtime during peak processing
