Department Details

The Good Samaritan Society provides senior housing and services, rooted in God s love. As part of the Connection Center contact center, you will be connecting seniors and their families to the housing or services they need.

Hours of Operation: Monday Friday, 7:30a-7:30p. Saturday and Sunday, 8a-5p.

Typical shift schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9a-5:30p. Rotating one Saturday shift every one to two months. Shift incentives are available for weekends.

Job Summary

The Connection Specialist is responsible for external customer relationship building and beginning the admissions and sales process in support of all regional and national media campaigns through means such as phone conversations, email communication, referral coordination, etc. Support other projects as determined by leadership. Utilize marketing tools and sales process to begin relationships with Sanford and Good Samaritan Society prospective customers with a focus on determining where care and services can meet the needs of each prospect. Provide introduction and connection to a local location and facility. Utilize technology and software to track daily follow-up and document results. Assist with any additional customer experience projects.

Demonstrates strong computer and word processing knowledge. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree required.

Previous experience in senior housing and healthcare preferred. Customer relationship management software and system skills are preferred.
