Supports strong customer focus by providing fast, courteous, high quality service to our clients.JOB DESCRIPTION:Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSorts business correspondence received by region and document type, and by single and multiple pages, and into the appropriate batch size.Prepares and completes scanning function creating an image folder for each submission using scanner and PC-based imaging software.Observes the scanning monitor making sure that a usable image is created for each document, and the total items scanned equals the amount from the manual count.Collects original documents such as checks, original bond forms, court papers, lease agreements, and contracts, and route to the proper processing region.Completes the indexing function using the BPS database and imaging software selecting the options to correctly locate, identify, and attach the agent code to the corresponding folder.Maintains quality checks throughout the preparation, scanning, and indexing functions to facilitate automated processing for the team environment.Reporting RelationshipTypically Manager or aboveSkills, Knowledge and Abilities1. Good verbal and written communication skills.2. Good organizational and follow-up skills.3. Good listening skills and customer service skills.4. Ability to resolve issues and problems.5. Ability to work independently and effectively in a high volume environment.6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software.7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.Education and Experience1. Typically a High school diploma or equivalent.2.
