Job Description:
We are looking for Business Development Associates to join our
team!nBandaliers business development role is designed to develop
sales and leadership skills through training and client-facing
work. Business development associates fulfill inside sales and/or
customer success roles for a client (usually a tech start-up).
Outreach includes cold calling, emailnning, and social media
prospecting to promote services and/or products, typically for
technology companies. Youll interact with others in a team
environment as you are exposed to development opportunities,
workshops, and sales and customer service training.nnAfter six
months, our associates typically see opportunities to work in-house
for their client or advance into leadership or senior client-facing
roles at Bandalier.nAt Bandalier, we hire the top 2% of all
applicants who successfully go through our application process. We
have permanently adopted a fully remote structure so you can work
from home.nnIf you prefer, we also have offices in Binghamton, NY
and Richmond, KY, with a hub of local employees, so if you join the
team near one of those cities, you have the option to participate
in in-person events as well as to utilize an office space at your
discretion.nnnnWhat were looking for:n* You have some previous
customer-facing experience or want to develop your selling skillsn*
You are excited about building a career in sales and business
development n* You want training in selling techniques and a
structured work environment n* You want to be exposed to technology
companies and experience startup culture n* Youre excited by
entrepreneurship and the idea of helping build a company from the
ground upn* You dont need to have any prior sales or customer
service experience, though we find that people with experience in
retail, hospitality, customer service, door-to-door sales,
canvassing, phone banking, or entrepreneurship do particularly
wellnnWhat youll do:n* Prospect new leads for your client via cold
outreach through phone, email, and social media Work in a team
setting with lots of professional development opportunitiesn* Help
early-stage companies with sales development and prospectingn*
