JOB SUMMARY:The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for all recruiting processes and functions. The Talent Acquisition Partner is an extension of the HR department and seeks out quality candidates, confirming qualifications and recommending them for placement in open roles at the Agency. The Talent Acquisition Partner works with hiring managers to formulate methods to improve recruitment and staffing strategies to attract and retain top talent for the Agency. Responsibilities span full life-cycle recruitment including posting positions, sourcing passive talent, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and creating market specific recruitment strategies.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and to proactively source and attract talent to Universal Pediatrics.Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies and action plans within the state's various regions and adjust approaches as needed.Source and recruit candidates to build and manage talent pipelines through various internal and external sources and databases by leveraging technology which may include social media, online tools, industry relationships, community involvement and marketing efforts, to identify top talent.Foster community and educational institution relationships for scholarships, internships, career fairs, and community-based programs.Act as the main point of contact to build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and coordinate pre-employment process.Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes by screening and interviewing qualified candidates and providing recommendations to hiring managers.Extend verbal contingent job offers and coordinate with the assigned Hiring Manager to draft written offer letters, conduct pre-employment screening, and execute onboarding next steps.Complete weekly reports on employment activity and communicates to the office and Executive team, including helping determine KPIs and other reporting metrics.Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintains recruiting related spreadsheets.Champion Universal Pediatrics to promote employment value proposition - workplace culture, community involvement, and other benefits of joining Universal Pediatrics.Serve as a back-up for onboarding new hires by conducting new hire orientation and onboarding, including communicating important employment information (i.e., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements, etc.).GENERAL FUNCTIONS:Participate in team meetings, Agency committees, goal initiatives, and other meetings or projects as directed by the Administrator or corporate team.Perform other duties and projects as requested.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:3+ years of talent acquisition experience including sourcing of passive talent.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.Must possess demonstrated fluency in full cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques and proficiency with social media.Experience recruiting in healthcare industry preferred.ATS technologies experience is required; ADP Workforce Now is a plus.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Must work well as a team player and independently.Demonstrate a high degree of judgement in the application of staffing requirements and agency policies. Must exercise good initiative in the assignment of candidates. High degree of confidentiality is required.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation tactics.Excellent time management skills - strong ability to manage multiple tasks and process information from multiple different sources and ability to change direction quickly to adapt to business needs.Ability to work and communicate professionally with all potential candidates, peers, coworkers, vendors, etc.Strong organizational skills and ability to comprehend challenging and changing recruitment needs.Ability to work well in high-pressure situations.Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills and creates a welcoming environment for all team members.Champions Universal Pediatrics core values to promote positive workplace culture, community involvement, and other benefits of being a part of Universal Pediatrics.Knowledge of job posting sites, databases, recruitment marketing and professional social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Indeed.Advanced computer skills required, including MS Office products.Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to approximately 20 pounds when attending recruiting events.Ability to travel, including overnights, across the state of South Dakota with occasional overnight travel to Iowa.LISCENSURE AND CERTIFICATION:CPR certification required but may be obtained within 30-days of hire.Valid driver's license, with a good driving history.Proof of auto liability insurance coverage.WORKING ENVIRONMENT:Personal office setting.Multiple monitors.Stand-up desk available.Frequent phone usage.May experience frequent interruptions.Adequate lighting for workspace, clean environment, and moderate noise levels.Travel details:Company car provided for travel.Company credit card for travel and marketing use.Travel arrangements booked through the Corporate Office Manager.Per diem rate for food and beverage for overnight or extended day travel.INDTAPSD
