About Internship ProgramWith a paid internship at First National
Bank in Sioux Falls, you'll be learning from one of the communities
oldest financial organizations. First National's internship program
is designed to give students hands-on experience in a variety of
areas in the banking industry.
FNBSF Interns work on real projects, serve our customers, and solve

Employee Experience (HR) Intern Position Summary:
Learn how the Employee Experience team supports the development and
enhancement of the Teammate Experience and the Bank's culture. Gain
visibility and real work experience in administration of payroll,
HRIS system, benefit programs, compensation programs and talent
acquisition. Gain an understanding of the importance of performing
all responsibilities within the scope of state and federal laws and
regulations. Communicate well, own expectations and consequences.
