We're seeking candidates for Entry-level Assembler roles on 1st and 2nd shift. Compensation for these entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunities is $18.00 per hour.

This Company is a family-owned, ISO certified manufacturer of consumer and industrial products located in Southwest Minnesota. They were organized in 1990 to build trailer hitches for motorcycles and has continued to innovate year after year. Now with 150 employees, 2 facilities, and processing multiple truckloads of material per day.
What an Entry-level Assembler will do:

• 
  
• Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce products such as snow blowers, seed carts, salt and sand spreaders, levelers, and other products by performing the following duties.
  
• Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
  
• Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together.
  
• Uses power hand tools to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.
  
• Works at different workstations as production needs require.
  
• Works online where tasks vary as different products move along line.
  
  What you need to be an Entry-level Assembler:

  • Ability to read and interpret written information.
    
  • Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and standard measuring devices.
    
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
