EMR Key Accounts Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a EMR Key Accounts Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for the company's technology portfolio, including EMR, interfaces, and portals
Collaborate with field sales representatives to promote the company's technology solutions
Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and providing input to product marketing and development teams

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of work experience, with 3+ years in healthcare data analytics, electronic orders, and customer service or sales
Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record and/or Laboratory Information Systems programs preferred
Strong knowledge of physician office workflow, with oncology experience preferred
Experience with genomic file format nomenclature a plus
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in IT or Life Sciences preferred
