Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr (depending on experience)

Schedule: -Monday - Friday business hours

Term: -temp-to-hire



What's a typical day as a Talent Acquisition Specialist?

• 
  
• Full-cycle high-volume recruiting: posting ads, sourcing for candidates, screening, scheduling, submitting offers, & providing status updates
  
• Hires qualified talent to ensure -low turnover
  
• Utilizes ATS to move candidates through the process
  
• Ensures compliance during recruitment, hiring, & -fulfillment process
  
• Attends hiring events as needed
  
  
  Requirements and Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
    
  • Prior Recruiter and/or Talent Acquisition experience
    
  • Familiar with ATS and/or CRM programs
    
  • High level of professionalism & discretion
    
  • Ability to multi-task and self-manage
    
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, & -employment regulations & -policies
    
  • Ability to travel up to 20% with possible overnight
