Job Description:
A company is looking for an Appraisal Coordinator for a remote
position.
Key Responsibilities
Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain
insurance appraisal requirements and build trust
Provide concierge service to homeowners using the ASSIST product,
assisting with app installation and technical questions
Maintain up-to-date work order statuses and communicate unusual
situations to management
Required Qualifications
Motivated and self-directed individual
Experience in customer service roles
Technological proficiency with mobile applications
Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
