Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage strategic programs for Global Technical Sales from
conception to completion
Establish and optimize operating processes to support effective
decision-making and execution
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define
program objectives and outcomes
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years in an operations or strategy role with go-to-market
functions or solutions engineering
Proven program management or project management experience
Experience with fiscal and strategic planning, including leading
cross-functional planning workstreams
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and hold stakeholders
accountable
