Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative
- Call Center - PRN Weekdays.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding billing
inquiries and collections
Document all actions taken on accounts and pursue collection
activities before referring to bad debt agency
Research and resolve patient complaints and inquiries in a timely
manner
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of collection, customer service, or business
office experience
Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including insurance
billing and collections
Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software
Ability to work independently within established guidelines
