Job Description:

Monogram Food Solutions, a privately held manufacturer and marketer of corn dogs, beef & bacon jerky, hot dogs, sausages, pet treats, and frozen appetizers, is looking for a Production Supervisor for our Chandler MN location.
This position will be responsible for supervising and delegating the daily crew schedules and responsibilities and perform to standard in an effective and quality-conscious manner.
Specific responsibilities include and may not be limited to:

• Enforce company safety policies and practices, HACCP procedures, GMP's / SSOP's and other company policies
• Responsible for inventory of all materials used in department and finished goods.
• Track schedule attainment, efficiency rates, and other production metrics and utilize this data to plot strategies for improvement.
• Address personnel issues in a prompt and diplomatic manner, maintaining proper documentation of such issues.
• Ensure all packaging components and materials are available and ready to be run to meet the production schedule
• Various other tasks may be assigned as they relate to primary function.
  Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
  
  • A minimum of five years' experience
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with supervision/management
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Coaching and leadership skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
