Job Description:
Job Description Respond to customer and internal requests for
service with information regarding the probable date and time work
will be performed by a Field Service Technician. Notify customers
if service cannot be provided at time and date promised. Dispatch
Field Service Technicians. Secure from customers specific
information regarding the nature of their service problem, model
and serial number of units, location of unit, billing address, name
of contact and purchase order if applicable. Record information in
business system. Schedule planned maintenance calls on timely basis
on all customers and rental units covered under HUL responsibility.
Make sure schedule is accurate and up to date on a weekly basis.
Coordinate with Field Service Technicians to ensure open planned
maintenance activities are completed on time. Monitor open work
orders, ensuring information is correctly entered into HUL---s
business system and technicians are progressing to completion. Act
as backup to the Service Office Foreman to open work orders for New
Truck and Demo Get Readies as required by HUL---s Sales Department.
Assist HUL---s Technicians - Answer technician calls, texts, emails
to assist in providing great customer service.
