We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are looking for Production Associates to work on 1st shift. What a Production Associate will do:

• 
  
• Perform several basic and routine electronic/mechanical assembly operations on components or subassemblies
  
• Under general supervision use visual aids, verbal, and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework, or reassemble units
  
• Receive instructions on all work
  
• Use tools such as drills, soldering irons, screwdrivers, precision measuring instruments and other handheld tools
  
• Under direct supervision, may be responsible for performing routine tests to ensure production quality standards are met
  
  What you need to be a Production Associate:
  
  • 
    
  • High school diploma or equivalent
    
  • Ability to work with (no experience necessary on chemicals), ethyl acetate, adhesives, sealants, solder flux, and rubbing alcohol
    
  • Must have adequate soldering, and cable connectors and wire harness techniques
