As a Production Packer for the flag ship facility of Medical Solutions Division at 3M, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine rates
• Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
• Supporting the team when packing out finished or semi-finished products
• Ensuring you own safety by following all related policies
  
  Required:
  
  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
  • Willing to work 8, 10, 12 hour rotating shift depending on shift availability, overtime, weekends and holidays as needed

        This posting is for a Production Packer position at 3M Brookings SD. 3M anticipates that multiple openings for this position will occur over time.
