Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager. This
person is primary responsible for developing, implementing, and
driving strategies that will improve overall condition of the
facility through managing maintenance practices and processes to
increase and sustain plant and processing equipment up-time,
operational state, and plant utilities functions including ammonia
and refrigeration.Responsibilities:Build and maintain a strong
working relationship with Maintenance Leadership, Planners,
Storeroom personnel, Engineers, Operators, and Mechanics.Develop
and foster a communication network that promotes interaction
between mechanics, operators, Team Leaders, and managersDevelop,
improve and maintain a robust CMMS program with in the
facilityOversee the maintenance scheduling for projects and
Preventive Maintenance work within the facilitySupport and lead
capital projects as neededCultivate employee suggestions into
continual improvement strategiesQualifications:Bachelor s Degree
Preferred, experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.5+
years
experience in Food Manufacturing, Maintenance and Engineering5+
years
experience in leadership roles within maintenance and
engineeringExperience with Ammonia refrigeration and PLC highly
