Job DescriptionLuxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls delivers a lifestyle experience. Through sales and client relationships, from the inquiry, to the repeat business of a lifelong client and friend, we seek true professionals to join our team. We seek a full-time, sales savvy ambassador, looking to build a large client base of new and repeat clients. Through this process, you will be responsible for the following:

• Experience in retail or luxury retail/hospitality fields.
• Proven track record in achieving or beating monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Experience with, and consistent utilization of client tracking software.
• Eagerness to work with a diverse client base and exceed expectations of those clients.
• Proven literacy and efficiency with email correspondence,
• Utilization of dealership software to monitor and stay up to date on current inventory.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management within the regular course of business.
• Ability to quickly gain in depth and ongoing product knowledge at all times.
• Regular upkeep of product and brand certifications.
• Ethical conduct
• Support and abide by company policies and procedures at all times.
• At all times, elevate the client experience.Qualifications
  • Strong, proven sales skills.
  • Ability and eagerness to work retail hours that include Saturdays, evenings and holidays when necessary.
  • Flexible and ability to adapt to the demands of clientele and business needs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
