Job Description:

Summary:This position is responsible for providing real-time
support to all retail customers, and ensuring their understanding
and compliance with branded supplier requirements, programs, and
incentives. This position is responsible for the creation and
adherence to an annual marketing plan by month as well as keeping
management informed of relevant sales information, data, and
issues.Responsibilities/Duties:Act as primary interface between
branded suppliers and gas station customers.First point of contact
for retail customers. Communicate daily with customers via phone to
assist in decisions regarding branding and point of sale decisions.
Provide expertise to customers regarding requirements from branded
suppliers; hold customers accountable to image compliance
requirements; facilitate changes in customer branding decisions.
Prepare financial comparisons for customers as needed for
rebranding decisions.Resolve customer concerns by investigating
problems and trouble shooting via telephone. Involve branded
supplier technical support resources, financial institutions, and
manufacturers as need to resolve issues and recommend
solutions.Develop customer relationships and build trust through
credible, timely, and consistent interactions, keeping sensitive
client information confidential.Ensure customer compliance with
branded supplier imaging programs. Order and advise on proper
signage and other imaging products for customers. Track billing for
imaging products to ensure Harms' reimbursement from customers.
Work with Harms Oil accounting to reconcile all purchases and
customer payments for imaging products monthly and annually.Manage
branded supplier rebate programs for customers. Track customer
purchases against rebate targets, and ensure receipt of rebate
payments from suppliers.Conduct seminars and educate retail
customers on brand requirements and available tools and
resources.Create marketing material/talking points and brand
proposals for Sales team.Manage company website and content.Prepare
time-sensitive pricing, incentive, and gallons analysis for
customers and owners as needed.Support sales and marketing by
compiling, summarizing, reporting information and preparing
presentations.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Degree in Marketing or
Business with 3+ years' experience in retail-oriented marketing or
customer service.Ability to multi-task with conflicting priorities
in a pressured environment while still maintaining a
customer-oriented demeanor.Self-directed and able to prioritize,
make decisions, and meet deadlines independently, with
professional, quality results.Articulate with excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Able to interact effectively
throughout all levels of the organization.Proven organizational
skills and attention to detail.Learned knowledge of the fuel
industry and supplier requirements.Computer skills, with knowledge
of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Web design.
