Job Title: Sales Representative – B2B and Public Sales
(Industrial & Safety Products) Position Type: Full-Time Salary
Range: $50,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative
to drive B2B and public sector sales for industrial and safety
products. This role involves identifying and developing new
business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and
ensuring clients have the right protective and industrial solutions
to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to
thrive in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: • Business
Development: Proactively seek out potential clients in industrial,
commercial, and public sectors to expand the customer base. •
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting
relationships with businesses and government agencies, ensuring
their safety and industrial product needs are met. • Sales
Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales
presentations, demonstrate product benefits, negotiate contracts,
and close deals effectively. • Market Research: Stay informed about
industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for growth. • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed
monthly and annual sales goals by effectively selling personal
protective equipment (PPE), safety gear, industrial supplies, and
related products. • Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate
records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline
status using CRM tools. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 2
years in B2B or public sector sales. Experience in industrial
products, PPE, or safety equipment sales is a plus. • Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
preferred but not required. • Skills & Abilities: o Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to understand
client needs and propose appropriate solutions. o Self-motivated
with a results-oriented mindset. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite and CRM software. • Other Requirements: o Valid driver’s
license and willingness to travel as needed. o Ability to work
